Can you believe it’s only five days until Christmas? I know that I’m not the only still panicking over what to give my peeps for Christmas. And yes, I recently did a post about cheap Christmas gifts, that you should totally check out if you haven’t already. However, I wanted to stop to talk to you about where to shop this Christmas, especially if you are shopping for a plus size woman in your life.
Personally, I don’t get out much unless it’s to run errands. I don’t have the time to go to the mall to shop, so I constantly find myself shopping at online stores. Due to being a poor artist, I don’t have a terribly big budget to shop every month. So, I’m always looking for sales and huge deals.
The stores I listed below are my favorite stores because they have affordable and cute plus size clothing. Most items at these stores start around at $5 and up. You really can’t find those type of deals at most mainstream stores.
I remember back in the day there used to be a Rainbow store in my local mall. However, it wasn’t until recently that I discovered that they sell affordable plus size clothing online as well. Since I’m on their mailing list, I often get alerts about their sales. Most of their items start from $5 and up. It’s a huge temptation each month not to go over my budget.
One of my favorite fashion bloggers Shelbee from ‘Shelbee On The Edge’ turned me on to Rosegal. Rosegal’s stuff is so affordable that they have a $.9 9 section of their website. I just love going to their site and I always find items there that I won’t anywhere else.
All of my blogger friends have been singing Zaful’s praises for a very long time. Just like with Rosegal, I just discovered it and I love the huge variety of items at dirt cheap prices. And if have a plus gal in your life, I would totally consider shopping at Zaful for your Holiday shopping.
Over the last year and a half, I have become an eBay junkie. I am always on eBay looking for sales. It didn’t help that I actually put the app on my phone because I get notifications on price changes on every item I put my watch list. From cell phones to shoes I have gotten so many great deals and I can’t help to shout out my love for this site.
I’m kind of weird, I have LOADS of clothes and not that many shoes. I’m still trying to rebuild my shoe wardrobe and I don’t necessarily want to pay a lot of money to do that. I’m also not adverse to buying used stuff because the price is almost always right and it helps the environment. I have bought two pairs of ankle boots from Poshmark, and I love them. And also, I have huge feet and I wear a size 11 shoes and it’s super hard to find affordable shoes in my size but to my surprise; I have found a lot of shoes in my size at a great price on Poshmark! However, Poshmark doesn’t just sell shoes. They sell all types of clothing, including plus sizes at affordable prices, and then even have a handy app that you can install on your phone as well.
I love Charlotte Russe. I just barely started shopping there and I got a fabulous jumpsuit and mauve pink ruffled dress (which of course you guys will see it later). The jumpsuit was only $5 and the dress was $10, so I jumped on this sale and I was not disappointed. Charlotte Russe has quality clothes at unbelievable prices that even I can afford. I would suggest that you sign up for their mailing list because you will get the first crack at their sales, which is even more savings!
These are my five favorite plus size stores to shop at. What is your favorite place shop? Let me know down in the comments!
