Hey guys, I know I’m posting on a Tuesday! It’s a big freaking deal! For the next two weeks, I’m posting twice a week. If you guys have been following on social media, you know that I feel uncomfortable with being in front of the camera. It’s not something that changed over the year I did take photos, so I feel confident in saying that I will never feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Fortunately, I love being behind the camera. Last year, we bought a Canon Rebel EOS T3 DSLR camera. It was on sale, and we thought it would be a good investment. Unfortunately, I have a hard time with the camera (focusing is an issue) and it’s been sitting in my closet for almost a year. I decided to dust it off on Halloween and found to my delight that I love taking photos. So, I realized that I wanted to take outfit photos and my mom who is way more fashionable than I am was dressed in this super cute plus size houndstooth outfit that screams of Autumn. Although, I’m sorry about her epic bitchface. She modelled for me, but she was tired and I caught her at the end of a long day.

Glory Hallelujah, it’s finally gotten cold in South Texas. So this means putting away the summer clothes and finally working out autumn wardrobe like this black ribbed v-neck sweater. I personally love v-necks because it’s a great way to show a little skin without being not inappropriate.
Next, is these fabulous plus size houndstooth leggings. If you been following this blog, especially post. You will know that I adore plaid, but I’m also a huge fan of houndstooth. It’s such a classic autumn pattern and will always be a staple in your wardrobe. And the thing about leggings is that they are not only versatile, you can wear them with anything but they are an easy way to still warm this season.
Next is this over the knee boots, now when it comes to Autumn/Winter style it’s all about the boots. I saw so many over the knee boots last year, and my mom is a huge fan. She has boots in every colour and fabric that is available.
Finally, you know from my previous Bernise’s Corner posts that my mom is a jewellery hound. She loves jewellery be it costume or real. First are this black and silver choker, which I love. It’s just so pretty and really makes goes well with the outfit. Next, is this cubic zirconia inlaid watch. This is my personal favourite watch I have seen so far.
