Time flies, it seems like it was only yesterday when the first vestiges of spring. Now, it’s summer the ultimate summer holiday in America is the annual Fourth of July party. Every year, I’m at loss of what to wear. So I decided to create an outfit that is super cute, comfortable, and easy to wear. Actually, those three things are my theme this season is to be cute with little effort as possible.
Note: Before I start breaking this outfit down. I want to give you guys a quick annoucement. I will be taking next week off for 4th of July. I just got too much stuff to do with the family next week to squeeze in writing. This also means that next week won’t have the link up, but I will be back on Friday, the 13th. Thanks so much for being so patient with me and I will see you guys soon! Now, with that out of the way let’s get started breaking down this outfit , shall we?

First of all, is this fantastic plus size American flag top from Rosegal. Now, this shirt only goes to an American size 22, but here is an alternative that you can wear if you bigger than that. I just love the cut of this top and I especially like the criss cross string up on the top of the chest.
Next, is these simple overall shorts. I don’t know what it is about overalls, but in every form, they are just adorable. However, it’s just way too hot to rock the full-length overalls, and these overalls from Charlotte Russe are a great alternative to that. And a good pair of overalls is a super comfortable staple that will last a while in your closet.
Ya’ll know I love Payless, but my other favorite place to buy shoes is Walmart. I have big feet (size 11) so finding affordable shoes in my size is so such a hassle. However, Walmart always has things in my size. These dirt cheap red rhinestone thong sandals from Walmart are so pretty and will add a little bling to your Independence Day outfit.
Finally, I went with minimum accessories. First is this super simple pair of gold star stud earrings I found on eBay. I don’t personally wear earrings, but I decided to continue the theme of “Star Spangled”. Then, I added this fantastic white laser cute tote that I found at target. The moment I saw it, I just knew that this tote would be perfect for this outfit. I’m the type of a person when I wear a purse I want something I can carry EVERYTHING with me. This is why I love totes like this one.
And that is my plus size outfit inspiration for 4th of July 2018! What do you guys think? What are you guys wearing for the fourth? Let me know down in the comments!
